Breakfast was okay. Not clean at all. Site said check in time was 3 pm when we got there at 2.43 was told site was wrong and check in was actually 4. Was charged for early check in however their system was down and had to walk to sister hotel Days Inn. No better service there. Room was dirty. Booking was for 4 people only 1 towel and 2 cups. Terrible and would not recommend this place.

“BED BUGS! I would avoid at all costs!”
There were BED BUGS! I woke up in the morning covered in beg bug bites. I should have know from the start, as the towels weren't folded and the bed had hair all over it, the room had clearly not been cleaned.

“Great location, very close to Lake Erie, with amenities nearby. Hotel needs upgrading.”
Front desk person was very nice and changed my room for me when I did not like the first room. The location was amazing, in one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in the Cleveland area. I was upgraded to a suite when I found the first room unacceptable. That was very nice, because I had a fridge and freezer.

Filthy rat hole. The lobby was dirty. Near the ice machine they put blankets on the floor to absorb the water that kept dripping. My room smelled like someone was frying something inside the room. Awful. Half the lamps in the room didn't work. Bed mattress should have been changed years ago. All in all, the worst hotel I've been to. Stay away
