The location was perfect — right next door to Aldi and directly across the road from the boat ramp and fishing, with a playground nearby for the kids. An absolute gem in Lakes Entrance! We spent 5 amazing days unwinding in this spotless holiday home, complete with a heated pool that quickly became the kids favourite spot. The location couldn't be better — everything is just minutes away, yet the home feels like a private retreat. Already planning our return, and we'll be recommending to our family and friends.

We came for a big family trip to visit Lakes Entrance and try prawning before the season ends. The convenience is unmatched - just a short walk across the road to the prawning spot, and an Aldi supermarket right next door. We’ll definitely be back! A special highlight: The host graciously extended our check-out time by an extra hour, which was much appreciated.

“BEAWARE ! The bond you pay can be kept stating a damage which you may not even have made.”

Look the location and stay was good. The pool was nice and place was clean AND we were about to leave a great review, however we realised the bond collected wasnt refunded after 15 days. Upon reaching the contact number, the lady mentioned the owners have tendancy to forget as they are "busy people"!! She confirmed on call that bond will be refunded in full shortly. Next day, I had to again call the lady, upon which she mentioned "Hey, we realised a damage on property and sent some made up shit and said we will have to keep the bond to cover the damage" We had to argue and prove that it could have been someone else post our stay who did the damage as we didnt do anything. Also, why didnt the property came back within 1 or 2 days mentioning about the damage. Anyways, long story short, today they sent us below response on email saying " Good morning, We have refunded your bond and I would like to sincerely apologise for the confusion, it was actually the guests that checked in after you that did this damage. The refund should be in your account within 5-10 business days as it was processed yesterday from our end. Kind regards, Meaghan " Seriously? Looks scam to us as they might be just checking with people who cant prove so they get to keep a chunk of money! Learning - Always take a video before and after to avoid any scammers getting hold of your hard earned money. - PN - This incident made the entire good memories into a BAD experience and hence my rating.

Location was perfect especially if you have a boat as it’s directly across from boat ramp! House was new and clean. Pool was great and heated which was amazing!

The key is easily accessible and we were given clear instructions on how to get it. The code was sent to me 2 hour prior check in. When we entered the house, we can still smell that it was fully cleaned and sanitised prior our arrival. This is the best accomodation we have stayed so far in Lakes Entrance. It exceeded our expectations. It’s even better than the pictures. Very clean, accessible, ALDI is just next door, complete amenities, furnitures and appliances are of excellent quality, still new and well taken cared of PLUS a heated pool is a BONUS especially we went middle of winter. We extremely enjoyed our stay that even if we have plans/itinerary, we stayed in the house and enjoy the pool. We will definitely be back.
