“Poorly managed”
Internet didn't work from the start. They knew about it 2 days before our arrival but didn't let us know. The spa didn't work. There was no vaccum plus the shower leaked all into a room

“Esplanade at Lake Entrance (LW)”
The space is great for family, every bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom. Therefore is easier for children and elderly to go to bathroom in the middle of night to use toilet. The kitchen is good size too, we can put our planned cooking stuff of the kitchen cabinet. The entertainment area is great as well, their sofa is very comfy on both levels, we can sit and watch the television programs comfortably.
