“A little gem in Lakeland”
We urgently required a place to stay for 4 adults, after we were evacuated due to hurricane Ian. This is a little gem in a very quiet neighbourhood. While it is compact, it has everything you require. Described as a kitchenette, there was nothing we were short of, dishwasher, huge refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, and plenty of appliances. We were personally delighted with the toaster, and an electric kettle. Everything was clean, and working. There is also a washing machine and dryer. There was lovely fresh linen, on comfortable beds. Plenty of room to eat, with a full size table and 4 chairs. The sitting area is small and comfortable for 3 adults, to chill and watch TV. Air conditioning, internet and parking available. It is within walking distance of a handy grocery shop, and lovely walks to the nearby lakes. The owner was available to communicate with, and very helpful. Notification re door access, and wifi information were given readily on the day we were to arrive. I would recommend this little gem.
