I appreciated the honesty because the air conditioning was not working. We were redirected to another hotel free of charge, without any extra charge.

Nice greeting on arrival - very spacious room and facilities such as TV, fridge, microwave and coffee machine all good. Rooms are tired though and fittings such as door to outside, lighting, curtains and shower fittings all need updating. Breakfast bag was useful idea and parking plentiful.

My family overall liked the room - the TV worked well, bathroom was clean, towels were soft and nice. Both beds were clean and comfortable. We expected to have a sit-down breakfast, but we were handed two small paper bags with some breakfast-ey items in them, but since there was coffee in the lobby, we were good. The ladies at the front desk were pleasant to speak to as well.

“My stay was horrible!!”
No breakfast was available!! Restaurant was closed! They had a bag breakfast?that is just wrong. People smoking marijuana in the hotel! The halls and my room smell bad !! I had to go out and buy air fresheners!

Didn't have clean towels every day and service was scarse ..Pool was unusable and gates were locked so couldn't even sit around it.We booked here because of pool.

“I will not rely nor use BOOKING .COM for accuracy to book a hotel when many were available.”
Room was ready upon check in. The bed was ok. I liked the brown paper bag containing BREAKFAST. I liked that upon check in THE front desk clerk said that if I booked through the hotel's WEB SITE and not BOOKING.COM that i would have known that the breakfast area was under construction. No breakfast was available which is why I intentionally booked this hotel. However a nice brown bag breakfast thankfully was available.

“Good”
Service was great but the security of the doors were very poor. Door to the pool gaped Bradley and deadlock knobs didn’t function. You could’ve push the door hard to open if tried. Very loose. Other than that all was great staff was very nice.
