“Charming stay near Lake Toya”

Nice happy hour with sake tasting and snacks, charming more traditional Japanese style building, couple minutes walk from the lake, and had a mineral hot water bath outside the hotel where you can dip your hands

“We didn’t know it was a pet friendly hotel when we booked however we didn’t mind it. But we did end up contracting fleas”

Good location with a partial mountain and lake view. The fireworks at night were spectacular and our toddler loved it. Free welcome bar was a lovely touch and the pet buffet was cute. You can also rent board games for your stay which my children enjoyed.

The hotel is in a convenient loaction. The room was generous in size. The breakfast and evening meals were delicious. The hotel is a little tired and could do with a freshen.

The location is close to the lake. Staff are nice and helpful. Able to communicate in English. The free snacks and local wine taste in the lobby was fantastic. The onsen is small but clean.

We love the onsen and the happy hour drinks. The dinner set is awesome too

Onset is awesome. The staffs are very friendly and the dinner and breakfast is excellent. The location is very close to Hoya lake .

Although slightly obstructed by taller buildings, the room offers a somewhat nice view of the lake. The public bath was great especially the open-air bath.
