Overview
Hot spring baths at Toya Kanko Hotel are located in a cave, or indoors and outdoors offering panoramic lake views. The hotel offers Japanese-style rooms with lake views, a Japanese stone sauna and bicycle rentals. Free Wi-Fi can be accessed at the lobby and in rooms with a lake view. Featuring a tatami (woven mat) floor and traditional futon bedding, rooms are furnished with a TV, a small fridge and a safe. A bathroom, toiletries and green tea are provided. A yukata robe can be chosen at the front desk. Guests at Kanko Toya can relax in a public hot spring bath, or rent a private one with an indoor and outdoor bath. The hotel has a Japanese stone sauna, a playroom for children and a games corner. Coin-operated laundry facilities are available. A Japanese breakfast and a traditional multi-course dinner with local specialities are served at the guest room. The restaurant serves Japanese dishes, and alcoholic drinks can be enjoyed at the bar. On advance request, Toya Kanko Hotel offers free pick-up from JR Toya Station, a 15-minute drive away (subject to availability). The hotel is a 10-minute drive from Mount Usuzan, and a 15-mimn drive from Sobetsu Park.

“Enjoyed our stay there”
The location was near the bus stop. The view was spectacular as it overlooked lake Toya. Dinner bento was the highlight!!

Had a lovely stay at Toya Kanko Hotel. The highlight is definitely the stunning view of Lake Toya right from the room. Waking up to the lake scenery was so peaceful. The onsen was relaxing and the staff were friendly and helpful. A great place to unwind and enjoy the beauty of Lake Toya.

We can see the scenary of the Toya lake and the Hanabi show just in our room through the window, it's amazing ✨ And we can see the staff wave the ROC(Taiwan) national flag to say goodbye to us when we were leaving. Thanks for the kindness toward Taiwanese~~

Excellent stay and view direct to lake to see the fireworks from own room! Excellent onsen,2 for the women and both were amazing! Enjoyed our stay so much, very friendly staff when checking in and out, free parking in the front of hotel

“Nice scenery and convenience.”
The hotel sits right by the shores of Lake Toya, offering a stunning view straight from our room. The ferry terminal is only a short walk away, and there’s a convenience store just across the street. Breakfast and dinner is good and complete.
