Located a 15-minute taxi ride from or a 25-minute bus ride from JR Toya Train Station, The Lake View Toya Nonokaze Resort offers guests a panoramic view of Lake Toya from their infinity onsen. Guests can also take a 10-minute drive to the Showashinzan Station, where guests can take the Mt. Usu Gondola to the peak of Mt. Usu (an active volcano).

“The most relaxing stay”
The best hotel we’ve stayed at - which is also reflected in the price. Our room was large and comfortable, including a double sink bathroom, and private onsen. Buffet breakfast and dinner were excellent. Beautiful views of Mt Yotei and nightly fireworks from windows and close by. Refreshments available from the lounge outside of meal times.

The view was spectacular and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The buffet dinner and breakfast were excellent in quality and choice. The room size was very generous and very much appreciated… And that view was really unbeatable!

“Modern hotel at Lake Toya”
My room came with private onsen. Room was spacious & it faced the lake. The onsen tub was big & water temperature was just right!

Rooftop TENQOO onsen was stunning, especially at sunrise and sunset. Delectable spread for both breakfast and dinner. Room was exceptionally spacious, with an unbeatable view overlooking Lake Toya.

“Will return again”
Room was lovely. Food was delicious and fresh . Great variety. Didn't have enough stomach space to try them all. Sushi was made on the spot. Food trays were cleared promptly. Large Onsen was awesome with unbeatable views.

Had a wonderful stay at Nonokaze! We had the private in-room onsen—soaking with a direct view of Lake Toya was pure bliss. The buffet is good, especially the fresh sashimi, and the steaks. Highly recommend!

“We came to this location to fully relax with the scenic surrounding - we did, very satisfied too!”
Our rooms (all 5) faced the lake & Mt Yotei - an exceptional view for 2-night stay. The buffet spread at the restaurant was wide & tasted very good too till we were very filled - not possible to sample every French, Japanese & English menu. Lots of parking spaces (we had 3 cars) and at no cost.

“Did not live up to expectations and will not be back.”
It looked grand from the outside but there was really nothing exceptional inside. From the food to the beds to the onsen. It was only passable. The only good thing was the view of Mount Yotei.
