Beautiful, cosy suite with a wonderful lake view even in the winter, that had everything my family of five needed and more. We had a very comfortable and warm stay, enjoyed the great bathtub and excellent breakfast prepared by our very sweet and kind host. Toaster was great for us to make snacks for supper. :)

The owner is very hospitality and helpful. She noticed that I have knee problem n offered me to take the lift instead of climbing the stairs. The room is so spacious n my children love it. Its a pity that i only stayed 2 nights. It is a very good place for relaxing. We have become friends. I will definitely come back to stay in her place for more days.

Sweetest, kindest Jinno-san that took us in. We came in late at 6pm in winter so she even offered to cook and whip up dinner for us for extra charge as there wasn't much around to get dinner. So ensure you get your meals first before heading in. She felt like a family member when we left. Best accommodation and best morning scenery of the lake and snow all around.

We enjoyed very much the stay at the Kei guesthouse as a family:) It is very cozy, with full amenities, and actually large as a suite. Nicely set up The owner is very kind and helpful and prepared nice Japanese style breakfast and also diner (at request).

Exceptional host, beautiful view, spacious and clean room, tasteful decoration with art prints and tea set. Saeko-san is a gracious host who knows so much about the Lake Toya region. She made us a beautiful breakfast every morning and gave us advice for things to do. A memorable trip with a kind host.

Saeko is an excellent host, breakfast was very good and the accomodation is private and self-contained with view to the Lake. It’s in a rural aerea, car is needed.

Very authentic and genuine guesthouse stay. The host is very nice and friendly and made us a different delicious breakfast every day. The house is located in a really quiet location, with a view to the lake. Super comfortable stay, highly recomended.

The breakfast was amazing. The owner is very sweet and gives a lot of tips and is very helpful. She is very thoughtful. We had an amazing time and will never forget it. The room was very big, more than enough space and very well equipped. It's good to have a car though.
