“Great off season value and would highly recommend.”
Great location with breathtaking view over the lake from the room. Modern with large room and king size bed and spa bathtub. In room facilities plus dining area with ice, coffee machine and microwave. On the front side of the resort there are amazing views of snow capped mountains.

The room offered a great view of the lake, and we could see the fireworks from inside—though they were quite distant. Mount Yotei was visible from the hotel’s front door, but unfortunately not from the room.

The location and views from your room are what this hotel is really about. The rooms themselves are clean and very spacious, the hotel has ample parking, is easy to find and the dining space with the coffee machine and microwave was very much appreciated as well

This was my favourite stay within my whole Japan trip. The property was at a beautiful location and our room had an amazing view of Lake Toya. The rooms were large, spacious and very comfortable. There was a lounge area and bench tables in the room and it was more than enough space for 2 people. We stayed here as part of our ski trip to Rusutsu and it was only 25 min drive to the resort. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was also free parking and paid laundry facilities which was convenient. To drive to restaurants, food, and convenient stores, however, it was 13-15 minutes to Lake Toya which is not extremely close, but we don’t mind. We were very happy with our stay.

We absolutely loved our stay. The view was truly breathtaking and definitely the highlight of our experience. Also, the receptionist was incredibly kind and helpful, making everything smooth and welcoming for us. We would love to come back!

Very comfortable large rooms with heated flooring and bed. Bathroom was great and spacious too. Service was excellent, nothing to complain about at all. You will need a car or be comfortable with taxis if you stay here as it is a little out of the way, but that makes it more quiet and peaceful.
