No one available at reception at check in after having paid online. No answer on either phone at reception area or phone number given despite trying for 15mins. Unable to book in. No response to emails requesting refund(one week has now passed)

“This was the worse visit I’ve ever experienced”
Room still had groceries in refrigerator from last guest. Trash still in trash cans and bed was broken. Television didn’t have power cord for first 3 days. They ended up replacing tv with one from another room.

It had a bed that was clean and a locking door. Ultimately, that is all I need, but the rest was terrible.
