“disappointing”

A few minutes after checking into our three rooms, for which we had payed for in advance, we were found by the receptionist and told that Booking.com could not honour the payment for one of the rooms. We were asked to pay again for one room (£87) and told Booking.com would refund us. We have, so far, only been refunded £53. On top of this, our three room security deposit ($50 per room), has not yet been returned. As we have been checked out for twenty eight days now, we find this absolutely unacceptable. We have messaged Booking.com through the message board on the website and we have also messaged Wyndham through their website but, as yet, we have had no response. A very poor service from both parties.

Check in lady was friendly and helpful. The restaurant next to the hotel was amazing and we had a lovely Mexican meal. Location convenient for us and although next to a busy road, it wasn't too noticeable when in your room.

Breakfast was ok, the room was clean and comfortable,handy to good seafood restaurant thsy u can walk to.

Went to check in. Dude made me feel like I was being an inconvenience, sorry, next time I won’t bother you playing on your phone. Next to the highway. Couldn’t sleep at all, people playing loud music till 2am next door. 0/10

“Price gives you what you pay for”

Rooms clean with good facilities. Hotel was ideally located in terms of proximity to town.

Good location, very clean, beds comfortable

Hotel clerks were cordial. Located right next to highway but not noisy enough to deter sleep. Right across the highway from Lake Charles but I had a ground floor room so no view. Plenty of pillows. A/C worked great. Room & bed was clean...no bugs or hair. Price was reasonable. One night stay. Would definitely stay here again and recommend hotel to others. Just a stones throw from Steamboat Bill's Cajun Seafood restaurant. Great food.

“Few service for high price, shame on you!”

Nothing, the first room was not cleaned, with a dirty bed closing! The second was in front of highway, very noisy, and uncomfortable.

A strong storm went through while we were there and we felt safe in a nice solid room.

The man thing there was the location after that it was bearable because the noise walking running all night in the hotel like the hotel have an echo other than that we love the location next to the lake the children having fun across the highway playing in the sand

The room was super clean and had everything you needed. There is a really good food place, Steamboat Bill's literally next door and a pancake house a few buildings down, which did a great breakfast. We stayed as a driving rest layover, It's great for that. It was good value for money.
