“Great Location, Spacious Apartment & Friendly Host”

I had a wonderful stay. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The apartment is very spacious, clean, and well-equipped, making it easy to feel comfortable right away. The location is excellent – peaceful yet close to everything you need. The host was very friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place.

My partner and I stayed at this property for two weeks over the Christmas New Year period for 2024. The hosts were kind, friendly and have very high standards. The accommodation was well equipped and you can walk into the lively and cosmopolitan town of Lajares in about 7 minutes. We'd definitely come here again!

Location was great, outside of busy road but still very close to the shops and restaurants. Our holiday felt like we are on holiday at grandparents. Host was incredibly nice, he left us water and wine in the fridge for arrival. We were also able to leave luggage earlier before check in, which was great. The night were extremely silent, so I had the best sleep ever. Everything in the apartment was really clean, smelled nice and knives were sharp and this isn't common for holiday apartments so it exceeded my expectations. I'll definitely recommend to everyone who want to rest and recharge, and I'll happily come back when I'll need to do so. Wifi connection was great in every room, pool clean and heated, there was toilet next to the pool as well - very clean. Everything was amazing.

The peace and quiet , the balcony got the sun all day . The apartment was spotless and the kitchen had everything you need . The bedroom was a very good size and bed comfy , would definitely stay again and recommend.

The apartment was located on the edge of the town but it was very easy to walk into the main area with a large Hiper Dino supermarket, a beautiful bakery and a small selection of bars and restaurants. As it was slightly out of the town it was incredibly quiet at night and with the black out shutters you had total tranquility {there was some work going on in the next door villa which started at 8 am but hopefully this will be finished soon and then everything would be perfect} The host met us on arrival with the keys and showed us around, he had provided some useful essentials loo roll, kitchen roll, washing up cloths and liquid, coffee, milk, sugar and even wine and chocolates which was very much appreciated. The apartment itself was immaculate and had everything you could need for a thoroughly enjoyable stay. The host lived next door and was available if you needed him but he respected our privacy and left us very much to ourselves. The BBQ and pool area were fabulous and again both areas were immaculate. A very enjoyable stay in a lovely quiet town but within a 10 minute drive of 3 fabulous beaches that catered for surfers, windsurfers or just perfect for a lazy day. Would definitely return to both this apartment and the town.

Beautiful apartment in lovely Lajares. Clean and well equipoed. Small pool with sun beds in a sheltered, sunny spot. Wine, tea, coffee, cola and chocolates on arrival. Felt very welcoming. Well placed for several walks in the area such as the Calderon Hondo trail, El Cotillo and La Olvera. Lots of restaurants within walking distance.I was able to arrange a late checkout as we were waiting for a bus to Puerto del Rosario. Really couldn't fault anything.

Our second visit to this fabulous apartment - not luxury but has everything you need to feel at home (little things like coat hooks, tea towels, wash up liquid). It is fairly new, but nonetheless well maintained, spotlessly clean. A place where you immediately feel comfortable. And the pool is perfect. Also the location is ideal, a pleasant stroll into town for restaurants and supplies.
