Amazing cabin like a hotel room but with perfect view over the lake and bonus of a kitchenette with fridge and microwave. Excellent value for money, we used for a stopover but would be happy to stay longer next time. The new owners are working hard to make it great for all nationalities.

“Great cabin in a quiet campsite by a lake!”
Great campsite in a quiet setting by a lake. We were on a bike trip and it was great for a relaxing stay after a long cycle. The owner was super friendly and offered us pastries for breakfast - they were also delicious! Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Beautiful scenery and the ‘Barrel houses’ were cute and with major part of the amenities. I see many people complaining about the beds, we slept like angels, very comfortable. The houses are also brand new and have a Scandinavian twist. Another plus was the ability to charge your car (we have an electric one) in the power socket outside the barrel. Super useful! We had a beautiful view to the river and waking up here was quite beautiful. Great, also, was to take a swim immediately after waking up. The water was not cold even at 9 am :)

We had a warm welcome and enjoyed our stay. The staff is friendly and helpful. The wooden cabin is beautiful, comfortable and the lake view is nice. There is a lake nearby where we could swim, and even though it was busy, it was refreshing on a hot summer day,
