Room lock broke in the morning, cut down the window mesh to go inside to attempt repair, asked to accept the room in such condition without window repair, very small toilet.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Second Home Family Hotel located behind Shaukat Khanam Hospital, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. The place exceeded my expectations in every aspect. The services provided were top-notch, and the hospitality extended by the staff was truly commendable. The cleanliness of the premises was impeccable, and I was impressed by the attention to detail in maintaining a hygienic environment throughout my stay. Moreover, the behavior of the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome and valued as a guest.
