“Disappointing stay due to poor cleanliness, maintenance issues, and inconsistent service.”
My stay was disappointing due to multiple issues. The toilet shower was leaking, the mattress was ripped, and the bedding was stained and not clean. There was also confusion over breakfast timings, I was told 7:30–10:30 AM, but was refused service at 10:06 AM and faced unprofessional behaviour from staff. The air conditioning was not properly set up, and the remote initially did not work. Overall, the hotel needs improvement in maintenance, cleanliness, and staff coordination.

Great experience, staying at Premier Inn Hotel Johar Town. Wonderful hotel, disciplined staff, and refreshing ambience. Hot water is available 24 hours. Especially the manager Naveed is a gentle man always there to assist you. Highly Recommend.
