Spa housekeeping was not good, unlike rest of the hotel spa staff needs some training

This is a really beautiful hotel, the rooms are very clean comfortable and spacious. I really have to compliment the staff, they were incredibly friendly and welcoming at all times. I spent 2 weeks in Pakistan, visiting from Australia, I stayed in 7 different hotels. Four Points was definitely the most expensive place I stayed, more than double the cost of any other hotel, so perhaps I had higher expectations than what was actually provided. When I made the booking on booking.com it said this hotel charges in US$, but when I checked in I had to pay in PKR, which was very confusing because I couldn’t compare my booking with the amount they were charging my credit card and I didn’t know if I was being charged the correct amount. I had an evening flight when I left Pakistan, when I checked in I asked if I can get a late checkout, their normal checkout time is 12-2pm, he said no, I have to check out by 2pm, even though the hotel was half empty. While waiting in the lobby they gave me complimentary coffee and snacks then they took me up to the fourth floor lounge to wait until I was ready to go to the airport. The airport transfer was also complimentary. The main problem with this hotel is the location is not very convenient. There are no tourist attractions nearby, no shopping malls, no convenience stores, supermarkets or restaurants. You can’t just go out for a walk because there is nothing around the hotel. One reason I booked this hotel is because it has a nice pool. Unfortunately we couldn’t use the pool because it was over 40 degrees in Lahore everyday and the rooftop pool is in the blazing sun with no shade over it. My booking included breakfast, they have a very extensive buffet breakfast. They seem to focus on quantity rather than quality. This was my least favourite breakfast while visiting Pakistan, there were Pakistani and western options but they were just ok compared to other hotels I stayed. I was disappointed that there was hardly any fruit available.

The team made the stay extra comfortable and memorable with the excellent customer service. I highly recommend Four Points by Sheraton Lahore to anyone visiting Lahore for business or leisure. The property was grand and beautiful, initially when I was checking out Mr Aslam general manager spoke to me and convinced me to stay another night and after that I ended up staying an other night as my experience was just amazing . I would be staying there again during my next visit to Pakistan

Very big room (I think I got an upgrade). Comfy bed. Very attentive staff. Especially Waqkas Khalid at breakfast. I didn't get around to using the sauna etc. which is a shame. A nice feature to have. It's relatively close to the old town and main tourist sites. I'm told the more modern section of the city is about 1 hour's drive away.
