“Pleasant and comfortable place to stay in Lahore”

This homestay is located in Gulshan-e-Ravi (Blok H) a residential middleclass neighbourhood in southwest Lahore. There is an Imtiaz mega supermarket 1 km away (in the Moon market area with also many restaurants). Luckily Lahore's highways are far away. It is easy and cheap to get an InDrive motorbike/riskshaw/car to other parts of the city (cheaper and shorter than from Gulberg). The nearest metro (train) station is 3 km away. Keep in mind that public transport in Lahore is very limited. The homestay offers basic accommodation, but all facilities worked well (aircon, heating, hot shower, fridge, WiFi). There is a shared kitchen suitable for cooking, and a small terrace if you want to sit outside. The (two) rooms are comfortable with good beds and clean bed linen and towels. Security is fine (you get your own key). Breakfast is good. There are three options to choose from a menu. The place is kept very clean (no insects!). It is possible to get your laundry done at a reasonable price. There is an excellent hostess, who cares for the well-being of her guests. She speaks English fluently as does her son and husband. I had an excellent time here and would stay here again.

“A home away from home”

Nabila’s place is a home away from home. It is confortable, clean, quiet and has a really good kitchen, hot water, a fan and everything else you will need. Drinkable water is provided. Nabila is so nice and attentive! Every day she asks if everything is alright and if you need anything. The place is out of the city center (luckily), but it’s very easy (and cheap!) to get a indrive or a tuc tuc. Thank you for everything Nabila, I will definitely stay at your place when I go back to Lahore! I wish you (and your family) all the best :)

Had a great stay at this homestay! Nabila was extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming. Everything was super clean and well taken care of, and the location was in a very peaceful residential area. 10/10, will definitely stay again if I visit Lahore again!

The standard measures as cleanness, shortness to the city's center, ability to cook in a fine kitchen are out of question. What is specific and amazing is an outstanding atmosphere of a great kindliness and alertness based on the host. Clear recommandation !

“Lovely apartment in Lahore”

Lovely quiet apartment in a nice area. Bed was comfortable, nice hot shower, air conditioning and ceiling fans and wifi was great. Kitchen was available and a balcony. I had the sole use of the apartment but it can also be used as a dorm room plus a double as the second bedroom has 3 single beds. The electricity went off in a storm but the back up generator kicked in for essentials. Nabila was a lovely hostess and I enjoyed my stay very much.

“A cozy, safe place for a reasonable price”

This guesthouse is a hidden gem! I spent four nights in the dormitory. The place is close to shops and restaurants, there's hot water in the bathroom, a Western toilet, drinking water, water kettle, a stove, and a nice hall, where you can sit and chill. You can even spend some time on the terrace. The guesthouse is very safe, so I wasn't worried to leave my bicycle there. The owner is a super friendly and helpful lady, who speaks very well English. I'll definitely come back! :-) Thank you!

“Great Homestay in Lahore”

Best place to stay in Lahore. Super clean, spacy room, a well equiped kitchen and most importantly a very hospitable host! Will definitely come back.

The location and hosts are pleasant and the property well maintained. There is a nice kitchen and terrace in the commununal space upstairs with shops and a market nearby. It is also convenient for the bus station.

Five Giants Lahore is an absolute gem and I doubt you can find any better in that budget range in Lahore! The family who owns the guesthouse is super friendly, welcoming and helpful and they did whatever they could to help me enjoy my stay. They are very responsive when you contact them, and Hashaam is also a great guide! I had a lot of fun chatting with Nabila and Hashaam and they were definitely one of the highlights of my stay in Lahore. The rooms are spacious, very clean and comfy, with AC and a good wifi, and you also get access to a kitchen and a fridge. You can also get your laundry done, and the property is located in a gated community. If you travel by rickshaw or car, it is not far from all the main sights of Lahore (about 20 min drive), and there is a metro station (Gulshan e ravi) at a short drive from there. Breakfast was also great, with big portions and a lot of options to choose from. I strongly recommend to stay at this guesthouse, not only because it is great value for money, but also because staying with a family is the best way to get to know more about a country, especially in comparison with hotels where staff members aren’t necessarily as interested in chatting with you. Do stay there and you will not regret it!

my stay at the homestay was well beyond my expectations. the guesthouse was not only comfortable and spacious but truly feels homely and a great relaxing place to come back to after a day of sightseeing in Lahore. I will definitely be staying again when next in Lahore and I would highly recommend it to others visiting Lahore.
