“Good overall, but breakfast price was a shock”

Excellent family place! We stopped to do a 3-day demanding hike to the Black Rock Lake. Before departing for the hike we got such a delicious and abundant breakfast that it filled us up easily till afternoon. Upon return the host allowed us to dry our tent (wet after the rain in high mountains) and wash clothes. All in all we felt taken care of as at home. A piece of advice: if you happen to pass during the summer, book a room with A/C. It was unbearably hot at night outside.

The location near the park is perfect. This place is very peacefull and the house is very clean. The breakfast is delicious and plentiful. The owner is very helpful and smiling. I highly recommend.

Nice room, private bathroom (turns out this is a major eliminator in Lagodekhi), fridge in the room, nice terrace. Could park the motorcycle inside the yard.

Very quiet and comfy place with a great location - close to the entrance to the national park. We felt like visiting a beloved auntie, rooms refurbished old style but everything super clean, tasty homemade breakfast and very nice host.

“Wonderful family home, excellent value for money!”

This was a wonderful stay before we did a three day hike in the national park. It's next to where a few other popular guesthouses are located, just a short walk from the park entrance. Everything was perfect - the room was very comfortable, shower great, even a small kitchen! We had a delicious breakfast also - all family or locally sourced and our veg request was fully accommodated. Recommend it highly!

A very comfortable room with a large balcony. Very pleasant English speaking hosts. We had our meals here at night which were very good. The house is just about 5 minutes walk from the Lagodekhi Protected Areas - as this is basically the reason for visiting Lagodekhi it's in a brilliant position. The garden is good for birdwatching - there's a fruiting tree in the garden and we saw Golden Orioles every day - also Rose-Coloured Starling & Middle-Spotted Woodpecker. Highly recommended.
