A huge thank you for this moment at the guest house ! Our host was just incredible kind and welcoming, she cooked like a chef for us ! I felt like at my grand parent’s home and it felt just perfect. I would recommend it 100 times ❤️❤️

“Cute home-like place with a mountain view”
A very cute place, like country home from childhood. We lived in warm wooden room with a terrace with a mountain view. Spent a good time reading in the hammock in the garden. Many thanks to our beautiful, kind and friendly hostess.

“Lovely!”
I crossed the border from Azerbaijan and fancied staying in this town. I loved my stay here: the room was so comfortable with amenities. It felt more like a homestay, which I liked. I was cooked a delicious breakfast and would recommend anyone staying here to have it! A very pleasant stay.

“Great stay - very recommended”
Great location, comfortable stay and an amazing host. Very close to markets and the National park is in a walkable distance. Host prepared huge dinner for us, which was so tasty we were licking our fingers. Great value for money.

This is such a beautiful large old house where you have literally an entire home. Large kitchen, balcony, living room with couches and piano, toilet etc. it’s very beautiful inside and out. Also the owners are very welcoming. I enjoyed the place a lot and hope to be back for longer. დიდი მადლობა!

“Wonderful stay”
Comfortable room. Very pleasant to walk to the national park and it is close to the town centre. Marga and her family are very welcoming and caring. The kitchen is well equipped and the patio has the best view of the mountains.

Excellent guest house. Maka and her family made me feel at home and the other guests were very friendly too. Delicious food and wine. Would recommend if you are looking for an authentic Lagodekhi experience.

Nice relaxing place to stay, we were able to leave our luggage while hiking. Lots of space and kitchen was really useful. Really friendly host who made us feel comfortable for our stay.

“So good I came back for the hospitality, food and wine.”
I stayed with Maka and George twice, coming back after completing the 3-day Black Rock Lake hike. Maka showed me how to use the washing machine so I could wash my clothes, and it was an easy (only a few minutes) walk to the Spar for a few cold drinks (although there's also a market and bakery handy as well). Dinner was excellent again and I did ask for another glass of their wonderful home-made dry red wine. It is a fair hike up the road to the National Park but it's close to town and the taxi/bus station. Plus George kindly drove me up to the park entrance before the hike. So I really felt this was a wonderful guest house to stay in while visiting Lagodekhi.

“Cosy, friendly, great food (& wine) and good value.”
Less than 10 min walk from the bus/marshrutka station. Shops like Spar and bakery less than 5 min walk down hill. There’s a kitchen up stairs if you want to cook but the food is excellent. I took dinner and breakfast before setting off on 3 day Black Rock Lakes circuit and I couldn’t finish either meal (the servings were so good). And the red wine they make, is very tasty. They let me leave a few things behind while I hiked and even gave me a lift up the hill to the National Park entrance. Lovely family, cosy place and excellent food.

Very nice homestay, better than we expected! We were able to leave some stuff while we took a 3 day hike to black Rock lake. When we came back the sweet old lady made dinner for us and washed our dirty clothes. The rooms are comfortable, clean and the kitchen has everything you need. The balcony has a very nice view too and the wine is amazing 👏 If you need a quiet place with a good atmosphere and friendly staff this is the place!
