“Never again”
We arrived at 1 am with 2 kids and a lot of luggage and no one offered to help, there was no trolley for the luggage, so I had to take everything by myself while my wife minded the kids .The room was dirty, there was no toilet paper, no face or hand towels. Our booking was for 4 people and they only put 2 towels in the bathroom. One of the air con units leaks when you turn it on, therefore the wall are covered in mold. There’s no directory with numbers you can call like the reception or the restaurant/kitchen. There’s a QR code to show you the in room menu but you have to go down to the reception to order any food and also to pick up the food. The only positive is the breakfast, it was very nice with lots to choose from.

Hotel was very close to the airport, with a free shuttle every 20 min over 24 hours. The breakfast was excellent with many choices. Despite being on a highway the rooms were very quiet , with extremely comfortable beds and a modern chic design. The bar was open for late comers and the hotel staff were very helpful. I would definitely recommend the hotel.
