Located in Lagnieu at the foot of the Bugey Hills, Le Clois du Bois Joli offers a garden, terrace and modern décor. It is just a 48-minute drive from Lyon. “Mosquito issues, not as expected, no wifi, worst hotel in 8 weeks”
Not much is the answer. The bed linen was of good quality and there was a choice of pillows and the heavy quilt had been removed and replaced with a simple cotton sheet. Good move. The photos on the room we booked differed from what we got, which was a mix of all the best bits of each room.

“Lovely place”
This has to rate as the best breakfast I've ever had whilst working away from home - superb selection delivered with a smile! The room itself was very small, but spotlessly clean. If I were to return, I'd book a double room, just to ensure that I had a bit more space!

“Great stay & excellent value for the money.”
Super nice owner who really cares! Nice breakfast. Comfy beds. My room had a nice terrace. Perfect bike storage (locked). A great starting point for cycle tours in the Bugey region. Convenient parking right in front of the house. Quiet location.
