“Cute and comfort apartment”

We had an excellent time in Rivacance apartment. It is a spacious place, with all the comforts. The landlady was very helpful and kind. The apartment is in Laglio, which is very convenient to get to Menaggio and to all the other villages.

The apartment was very spacious, quiet, and well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was excellent, with easy access to the lake and surrounding cities (20mn from Como by car). We especially enjoyed the partial lake view from the balcony. The welcome kit provided by the host was a very thoughtful touch and much appreciated upon arrival. Communication with the host was excellent throughout our stay — very responsive, friendly, and helpful. Despite visiting during a busy weekend, we had no big difficulty finding parking. We were always able to find a spot within a maximum of 10 minutes’ walk from the apartment. The walk back to the apartment is a bit steep, but it was manageable and not an issue for us. Another big plus was how peaceful the apartment was. There was absolutely no noise disturbance, which made for a very relaxing stay.

Space in apartment cleanness, on line service host,follow up, easiness of arranging everything. welcome food & drink package, completeness of kitchen, garden with chairs, tables. quietness, just all of it, route given to get there. Nice,small village with some good restaurants

The host was lovely to leave us some beer and wine and some pasta and sauce/pesto, which would of been really helpful if our flight was delayed and we wouldn’t of been able to make our restaurant booking.

“Door didn’t lock so had to baracade it every night.”

The property was big. However the front door we could not lock from the inside, I tried to speak with the manager about this and they did not help. So we had to put a table against the door every night did not feel very safe.

“Huge apartment with great views”

Beautiful large apartment with everything you needed. The bed was big, the couch was comfortable, the bathroom and kitchen were well equipped and included a lovely welcome pack. There was an outside garden area where we enjoyed a few wines with a great view. The host was great also!

The apartment is pretty good for a small family. We really liked the Italian atmosphere where the house is located although it takes a while to get to the apartment from the public car park. The owner is always ready to answer any questions and if any problems arose they were solved very quickly. She also left for us a welcome kit in the kitchen which was a very pleasant surprise :) The aparment itself has a unique character being lovely decorated with lots of nice things. It also has a garden where one can enjoy sunbathing or having a meal.

everything! it was the best decision for out pack in 2022. location wise it was not a touristy place, a nice tiny village with the kindest locals around you.

“Amazing”

We have had an excellent stay at Ricavanze Apartments in Como. Our host delivered us instructions on how to enter the premises safely and correctly with video instructions before we reached to the beautiful apartment. When we entered the place it amazed us to see how roomy and warm the apartment felt, it had all the commodities and a welcome package that we could use in a fully equipped kitchen. The cleanliness of the apartment was also very satisfying. There was a terrace that we could use where we had breakfast with an amazing view on the Como lake. We have enjoyed our stay there and would book it again when we decide to visit the region again.

“Amazing spacious quiet apartment.”

Everything was perfect. Apartment is quite big, view from the shared garden beautiful. Honestly one of the best places we had stayed in. Quiet and calm surroundings. A big plus is a pizzeria right around the corner. And we had a lovely gift basket to. (When you are getting a bus to Laglio, get the C10 from Como and buy two way of ticket in the shop at the train station.) -there is no shops around so be prepared to do shopping before arriving Very much recommended!

“Our vacation in Lake Como”

Beautiful backyard. View. Comfort. Camilla was an amazing host. She made us feel very welcome. You must try the pizza restaurant at the entrance to the complex.

it was a peacefull place not crouded by the turists and yet to every part of the lake You could easyly & quickly get by car. Also there were some mountain trails passing just meteres from the doorstep which led both to the lake and up into mountains. The apartment inside, meaning the furniture, bathroom, kitechen etc was new and clean. Generally a lovely place imo
