The apartment has a wonderful view of Lake Como from the tiny balcony. It is within walking distance of a wonderful restaurant Da Luciano right on the lake shore.

I booked a room for two nights at this hotel and did not regret it at all. The price-to-quality ratio is fully justified. A pleasant bonus was that they took my request into account — I got a room with a view of the lake and mountains, with a balcony, which was wonderful! Of course, there is some noise from the cars, but it did not disturb my sleep. Overall, I am satisfied! I recommend it!

“A somewhat affordable option in Lake Como”
Our stay at the hotel was good, we absolutely loved the view from our room, it was the best thing about the accomodation. Everything else was fine, the room was a good size, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were pleasant enough. There was a lso a nice terrace for breakfast but as we had to leave early in the morning, we didn't have a chance to take advantage of it.

The location is perfect and the view on the lake from anywhere in this hotel adds a lot! The staff is very friendly. Breakfast is simple but with fresh coffee which is all you need in such places!

I really enjoyed my time there. The meals at the restaurant (downstairs) were delicious and everything tasted fresh and well-prepared. The room was comfortable, warm and not noisy at night at all.
