Two times we were given already occupied rooms. Not washed bedsheets, dirty and poor breakfast.

The man at the counter said that he did not honor booking.com reservations and that he had no rooms available for me. It was late and I am a small woman. I was driving alone and I’m a cancer patient. I was escaping a domestic violence situation.
