“Great location with large rooms - Elevator needs lots of patience!”
Large rooms, clean, good AC and close to highway exit/entrance. Ideally if your travelling between Chicago and Indianapolis for a comfy stay in a large sized hotel room.

“Overall an excellent facility with location.”
WiFi was out for a day and had to keep asking when available. A charge for breakfast was applied after room when room reserved to include breakfast. The charge was later removed after questioned.

The staff here are very welcoming a nice from the restaurant to the front desk. The saltwater pool/Hot tub Keep me coming back. I hope to stay here some night that I can enjoy the fire pit outside, but so far, each time I come I ran into bad weather.

The Hotel was Great.! The city , not so much. But the Hotel and the staff was amazing. Definitely one of my favorite hotel chains to book with, will check for the doubletree in my next city that I am in.

“Very disappointed. Left feeling violated and uncomfortable.”
I liked how friendly the staff was when I arrived. The cookies were a good surprise and were very warm and delicious. It was nice to drive up to the hotel and park my car while I checked in and then be able to go back and unpack.

“Disappointing”
We booked the hotel for a business trip. The booking included breakfast, but the hotel denied it. Even though we had the confirmation about breakfast. So there was a lot of trouble for us with the hotel to get the breakfast. In the end booking.com helped to solve the problem. Anyway the hotel took money from us for the first breakfast and did not reimburse. Now after our stay, the hotel refuses to give us an invoice. Because this was a business trip, we need an invoice from the hotel and not just a booking confirmation. The service is a desaster. Actually, I am very disappointed about the Hilton brand and will not book it again.
