The location is between the beach road and only 100yards to the sand and the other side across the road is 7Eleven and a market with everything you need between them. The staff are helpful, the room is as described with fridge, aircon and bathroom. Breakfast was superb, from cereal, fresh fruit, Thai noodle soup and hotdogs with egg.

The location was good and the room was very clean.

I do like the location. It is very convenient to several parts of the town and the grounds are spacious. This is my third or fourth visit so I do rate the resort but, on previous occasions, we stayed in the rooms directly opposite the office area. The rooms are large but strangely empty (in a way). No bedside tables is an oversight. Similarly, the spacious bathroom (which is very clean and functional) had no shelves to put any toiletries.

Very nice place. Excellent service, they clean the room and change your water/towels/shampoo every day. The staff was very kind and helpful (thank you F for all your help and suggestions !) Very nice neighborhood to explore. We will sure come back soon!

Very helpful staff, location practically on the beach near some beachfront restaurants. Room was a good size with a decent shower, toiletries and daily towel change. The patio/balcony and outdoor furniture was good but some cushions would have been nice to relax on.There's a market and a 7/11 nearby plus a coffee shop.

Lovely and helpful staff. A variety of excellent rooms to accommodate different needs. Second time I have stayed here within a year and I brought my wife's Thai family too. Because some of the rooms are a bit "over loved" the resort is currently doing renovations which look very attractive. Breakfast, particularly the buffet, was really delicious. Breakfast caters for all needs. Great location next to the beach and a restaurant. Plenty of local supermarkets and markets nearby. Go to Au Yang beach for an evening meal and sunset opportunity.

Very good location. Very clean premises and spacious room for our purposes. Close to the beach and restaurant and conveniences such as 7/11 stores. Extended our stay here to take more time to look at the area.
