“A great place to stay and do business in Lae.”
The staff were excellent and made us feel welcome. We had an issue with the Air Con and Reuben the maintenance guy attended immediately and expertly fixed the issue. Thanks to Eric, Andy and Keihe in the restaurant for looking after us with their great smiles. Suites up the back are spacious and really suit a long stay with plenty of desk space for work. Guards at the gate we very helpful in getting us taxis and organising transfers to the airport.

“I like the location, the setup and the cleanliness.”
I didn't enjoy the dinner as the vegies were over done. Lamb shank was pricy. It was not worth it as most of it was bone. Probably they remove the meat.

“It was excellent but the toilet blockage caused inconvenience.”
Location was very convenient to town and made it easy for us to move around the city to do what we wanted. Food menu was standard hotel restaurant type and did not have variety or options to choose from.
