Not a lot, staff was friendly although we did have to go and look for person to assist us when we arrived- reception was left unattended.

A warm and wonderful old house with so much character. I especially loved the attention to detail and small personal touches. Breakfast was just superb. Zanalee went out of her way to make our stay comfortable and special. What was supposed to be just a "sleep over" became one of the highlights of our trip.

The host, Zanalee was super helpful in assisting me with obtaining a private taxi to take me to the Maseru Bridge border crossing with Lesotho. Also, it was no problem at all with my late check in which was just before midnight following a long drive. The cooked breakfast was very tasty also.

Breakfast was so delicious wow the chef really did g good job there, the presentation was👌🏽.The location is great and everything was up to standard. We even had heaters into our rooms as the weather was cold

All great, VERY helpfull staff. The stairs werea kill and no bath ! BUT both of these can be addressed if and when I visit thhere, I have to remember to book one of a few ground floor rooms with bath.

The hotel is located at a place very easy to get to Lesotho. The host is super nice and the breakfast is superb. The house and the garden is nice too.

On the edge of town, nice and quiet. Attention to decor and meals was of a very good standard. Even although the temperature was -3, we were warm and snug in our room. The Hostess was very friendly and hospitable and directed us to a very good Chinese restaurant in town for dinner.
