“Superb accomodation, amazing food and great staff”

The accomodation was very comfortable and well appointment, with lots of room for a family of 4. Breakfast and dinner were lovely, with the choice of food on offer superb. The staff were very kind and couldn't do enough to help us during our stay.

Before arrival, we tried contacting the hotel to discuss details of our stay. No response to emails, no answer to phone calls, over several days. The hotel lists "Ski storage" as an included facility. On check-in, reception told us it is unavailable inside the hotel. We were directed to an unsecured cellar near the lift station with no boot heating. The nearest lift is ~850 meters uphill from the hotel. A shuttle runs one way only during limited hours and was not practical with small children. The lift itself only reaches Fiss - a second gondola is required to reach the ski area. Ladis is the smallest of the three villages, with very few restaurants or shops. Parking is 16 EUR/day per car.

There were no regular cleaning and checking in the Wellness center. Wet floor everywhere, which was dangerous for kids, even for adults. Used cups with tea bags are not collected until closing time. Small fruit basket was never refilled. Used towels were everywhere because no one came to collect them. Finally, there were no fresh towels leftover because no single staff came to refill. I haven't expected such a wellness area for a 4-star hotel.

Love the modern achietecture and interior. It was clean and the rooms very spacious and well decorated. The apartments has everything you need. The kitchen is fully equipped. The spa is small but has everything you need. A little bit of everything. The food was good and definitely a value for your money
