The location of the villa as it was nice and quite in the countryside. The size of the villa met our needs. It was a 25 minute walk into Latchi.

The location was excellent. The house was a great size lots of storage. The host and the rental company were very responsive.

Place is placed in very nice localisation with view to the sea. It is a quiet place. House was clean, with all equipment you need.

“Beautiful villa, very private.”
Slot for key by front door not functioning, alternate facility across the lounge also faulty. Had to have electrician out, which thankfully did happen quickly. No instruction manuals for anything Minimal maid service (only one 30mins bed and bin change and bathroon cleaning) invoice quoted 3 visits for 2 hours furnishings not as in photos, these need updating to reflect current amenities. No apparent pool area tidying, pool toys scattered around, and some rubbish in corners. but plenty of patio furniture, best equipped pool area we have every had. , again not as per photos, need updating. Lack of cleaning materials for wiping over surface, hands, etc., rectified by owner very quickly. pool pump issue very quickly resolved. DVD player found to be jammed with a disc, as no English tv channels, or minimal, DVDs were our main entertained, the owner very quickly purchased a replacement and delivered it to us. overall, a few niggling issues, all very quickly solved. owner was fast too react and very anxious or time there was memorable. villa is lovely, in a great position for complete privacy and access to Latsi, which is one of our favourite areas.

The promised welcome pack was not provided. After a long journey when the villa is in a quiet/remote location the welcome pack would've been much appreciated & needed.

“Amazing stay, definitely recommend!”
Really excellent villa. It was super clean and spacious. The instructions for check-in were very clear. There was space for 2 cars to park. The location was convenient, the pool was very nice. Cleaning of the pool and the house was done multiple times a week and also the beds were really fine.

The villa is excellent, it has everything, a beautiful view, a good location, the hot water runs out quickly, which is a shame, it takes a while for the owner to respond to you, but just everything, they enjoyed themselves very much, the villa is excellent

“Great villa, a few small changes could make it an amazing villa”
It was a great villa with the potential to be an excellent villa. Great location, 20 minute walk to Latchi or a short taxi ride to Neo Chorio. There were 7 in our group and the villa felt spacious with a good size pool. Lovely sun terrace, plenty of outdoor space with large BBQ. Parking for 2 cars in the driveway Very quiet area with no noise from neighbours and beautiful views over Latchi. A few small changes to the furnishings and pool maintenance would make this a premium villa.

Everything was amazing! Very easy check-in. The villa is very nice and spacious. The pool is beautiful - perfect size, and very clean! Location is perfect, very near to Latchi harbor And shops. Highly recommended!

“Nice time with family and friends”
Everything was great. Villa is situated in quite location. There are 2 en-suite bathrooms and a main bathroom, which is great, when you stay with a group of friends. Swimming pool and BBQ area were also great. Nearest supermarket and beach are in 2 minutes drive. Host was very helpful. We forgot some things at the check out, which were sent back to us the next day. We had a lovely stay
