Lovely villa set up a hill so has a little breeze and excellent views. Currently a lot of development around the area but didn’t disturb us. The villa has all you would need and sitting areas around the property to either enjoy sun or shade throughout the day. Air conditioning throughout all rooms. Great kitchen and utensils for cooking. 7 minute walk to beachside and restaurants. WiFi very good. Netflix, Apple and Prime available on flat screen smart tv. Lovely pool, great loungers. Felt very spacious. Local Cyprus cat and wildlife to keep us company when we stepped out!

“Relaxing stay”

Really nice location close to Latchi harbour. Spacious and airy with 2 bedrooms, a lounge and a kitchen. The pool was clean and plenty of loungers were provided.

Cooked our own breakfast and ate out at the local restaurants. The accommodation was top class and within a perfect location just a few minutes from Latchi and its facilities.

Villa is beautiful with lots of outdoor space and a great BBQ with a lovely seating area. The pool is huge! The views from every room are lovely. The bedrooms are a good size as is the kitchen and has every piece of equipment you could ever need. The location is fabulous and just a few minutes walk from the harbour and many restaurants.

Villa is lovely and very well equipped. Outside area is massive. The pool is great size however needs cleaning. Beds were very comfortable and great size in both bedrooms. Location is 4 min walk from the beach and restaurants. Theo was a great host, answered all my queries with in minutes and was very helpful.

Beautiful location with lovely views and excellently situated close to amenities (an easy 5 minutes stroll to restaurants, even with a 7 year old in tow!) but far enough away to feel peaceful and private. Lovely outdoor eating area which caught the sea breeze wonderfully. Great sized pool. All needs provided for in the villa. Comfortable and modern furnishing throughout.

A nice villa in Latchi, close to town and the beach area. The villa was spacious, with nice beds, a nice lounge area and was quiet from other locals and tourists The pool area was nice to lounge in, though the pool was too cold to dip (in March)

The property was of a very high standard, spotlessly clean, very well kitted-out, well maintained, with a great pool and in a great location. Easy 5 minute walk to lots of restaurants and to the marina. Fanos was a really excellent host - very quick to respond, friendly and very, very helpful.

Fanos was a wonderful host. Excellent communication. He even managed to send the housekeeper within 10 mins to let us in when we locked ourselves out! The location, the villa, the pool... everything was superb!! We've already rebooked for next year.
