“Clean apt with good amenities.”
Nice apt, central spot and good amenities. Clean at arrival. Nice frigde and kitchen! Supermarket and restaurants close by. Owner replied quickly when messaged, and even brought us more toilet paper. Thanks! Warm showers after we figuered out the heater.

“Firm 9/10. Amazing place to stay from 1 night to 1 month and more! Best value, friendly staff.”
The communication was the first pleasant surprise. The friendly tone of the messages was really nice and the information was to the point. English is great, no misunderstanding. Placement: right in the middle of everything. The apartment was spacious, it had all the required appliances and more! Kitchen was nice and functioning to have a dinner and a cup of tea. It has a coffee maker, a teapot, stove, oven, small grill (for panini). Balcony with a coffee tables and sofas with a sea view (has a drying rack). Amazing!

The apartment in Latchi is fully renovated and all furniture looks brand new. We felt very comfortable in our bedroom, overlooking the harbour of latchi. We also enjoyed the sun and the view on the balcony. It is only 2 minutes to the restaurants of latchi harbour and a short drive to the beautiful akamas area. The host was very nice and accomodating. Next time we will stay for longer than just one night.

We stayed only for 1 night. Next time hope to stay much longer. Excellent place for family stay - as a basecamp to travel around. Just opposite marina.
