Very helpful and approachable host- helped with some teething issues with cleanliness and toiletries. This was not a great start, but the host was very helpful and rectified things next day

The location was exceptional, it was so quiet, peaceful and enough space for everyone. It is modern and clean and had everything we needed!

“Wonderful relaxing break”

Idyllic house in an idyllic location. We had the most wonderful relaxing holiday at Ilios Akti, the house is very nice and had all we needed but it's the outside space which really has the wow factor. The outdoor seating and day bed are lovely & comfortable, sun loungers in the garden including on a deck which catches the evening sun. We ate all our meals sitting on the patio & the way the bifolds open up the living room to outdoors facilitates it feeling like one space. Having the beach at the bottom of the garden meant we could just head down to swim in the sea anytime, the little pool was fab for a cool down. We could walk to Latchi marina in about 20 minutes and up to Polis in around 40 mins which we did in the evenings to go out for dinner. (head torches useful if walking from Polis in the dark) taxis easy to get but we enjoyed walking.

The location was amazing. The house was clean and comfortable. Amazing sea view from the living room. White marble floors, dishwasher stove and powerful air conditioning. The refrigerator was loated with fresh fruit and all the food anyone would want. The swiming pool was perfect for the kids. The backyard well taken care off with beautiful flowers and comfortable sitting overlooking the sunset. The backgate opens to a beautiful beach. Crystal clear blue waters peples and sand. if I had to describe paradise it would be just this Illios property.

The location was perfect villa and grounds clean, owners were amazing as we had a couple of issues, locked our selves out and then the security safe jammed and we couldnt open it , the owners were extremly helpful and acted promptly to sort the issues out fantastic service 5* owners . perfect beach villa

Had a really great stay with direct access to the Beach!

The surrounding is perfect, located directly at the beach, in walking distance to the small Harbour with restaurants, very calm und an amazing view in the afternoon when the sun goes down.

Very nice beach house, house fully equipped with everything we needed, small pool perfect for our young children after coming from the sea, very close, restaurant, city center, other services, boat rental, or safari in an open buggy, all for a happy and peaceful holiday with children.... I recommend Miro from Slovakia
