“A lovely and quiet stay with amazing hospitality”

We stayed here for 6 days and really enjoyed our time. The accommodation was much more spacious than we expected, check-in was easy with the key box, and communication with the hosts was always clear, friendly, and helpful. We were especially impressed by the service: we mentioned that two small kitchen appliances were not working, just as information, and the host had them replaced the very next day. Really great service. The place is a bit remote, but that makes it very peaceful and quiet. There is free parking right in front of the house, which was perfect for us since we had a rental car and explored the island from there. We came for climbing and bouldering, and can definitely recommend this place for climbers and active travelers visiting the Droushia and Ineia area. The beach and a small supermarket are about 15 minutes away on foot, and there is a great sandwich place right across the street. The smart TV with Netflix and Spotify was also a nice bonus. Overall, we had a really lovely stay and would definitely come back. A small thing to keep in mind: there is currently some construction work happening across the street, so it can be a little noisy in the morning. Also, the house was a bit cool in early spring, so we used the AC for heating. None of this was a big issue for us, and we really appreciated Pangratios’ hospitality.

Thank you for a wonderful stay, which added to our wonderful experiences in Cyprus. We always enjoyed coming back to EROS Maisonette after our trips. The apartment was very well and newly equipped, very clean (my wife, who is very particular about cleanliness, appreciated it) and well maintained. It is located in a pleasant location, we always appreciated the easy parking in a very quiet neighborhood. It took 10 minutes to get to the parking lot at the Baths of Aphrodite from where we started our beautiful trips through the Akamas Forest. We really liked the accommodation and if we ever return to Polis, we will definitely come back here. We recommend the accommodation and thank you for a pleasant stay.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was very clean and well maintained. It’s located in a pleasant area, right next to a playground. It is a really quiet neighborhood. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and we really enjoyed our week there. Highly recommend!

Excellent location, very helpful owner, super class apartment, smart TV,, WiFi, near all amenities, very quiet , very good sleeping mattress comfortable double bed, very modern kitchen appliances .

Location was ideal for us, as it was our preference location

The property is well located and provides easy access to Lachi, Polis, and surrounding areas. Roadside parking is readily available, and the area is relatively quiet, thus providing uninterrupted sleeping.

I just got in love with this house!!I rent many houses in Latchi ....but this house conquered my heart!!!It's absolutely an amazing house ,modern,clean ,beautiful with ...really everything you need inside .... and the host...really very attentive and carrying person!!Thank you so much Eros Maisonette for everything !!! The house is in a very safe location,near to everything you need!!

“Great place for a family stay”

It was a fantastic apartment, with new furniture, AC and utilities. It had all we needed. Communication was smooth, checkin easy, nice parking place in front of apartment. Wifi great, smart TV, we didn't here any neighbors' noises. Minor drawback was a little bit of noise coming from the balcony when the door was open, so we kept it closed and ued AC instead. Oh and it was a bit hotter in the bedroom upstairs than in a living room downstairs bu again AC did the work. I sincerely recommend this place.
