Very dissappointed,2 months ago i stay there,i book at Booking.com ,but when reach They ask me pay due they Say on LINE Will be cancelled,end of month my card was CHARGE ,i call on The same month They Say Will refund,till i call again ,They ask me go bank check and do police report.Is this The way hotel serve guest?

“It was a great short break stay in Labuan. Not particularly interesting island to visit for long holidays.”
Location in town centre. Near to jetty. Near to all amenities especially Chinese coffee shops. Drinking water provided outside the bedroom., near the stairs.

“Great value for money”
Fantastic location just a block away from the ferry terminal. There's lots of restaurants and stores close by. The staff is friendly and helpful. Everything is relatively clean and WiFi works well.

“Lovely Labuan Hotel.”
Friendly staff. Clean place. They provide drinking water hot and cold. Snack, coffee and tea. All there, cutlery, microwave and toaster for use.
