“Perfect stay at the old city of Labin”
The rooms are located in a rennovated building in the Labin old city, up on the hill. The rooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable. At the ground floor where the entrance is, there is a fully equipped kitchenette that will satisfy most needs of every traveler. In the morning there were fresh croissants waiting for us. The host wasn't there to greet us because we arrived late afternoon, but she was very helpful on the phone and explained everything. Highly recommended.

Amazing property at excellent location near restaurants with great view. Great communication with host who welcomed us when we arrived, Common kitchen is equipped with everything that someone can think of for quick and simple snack and coffee. Room is clean, with enough space for two, and amazing bathroom. With two windows there is great amount of natural light (Sun if you are lucky 😁) Everything considered, big recommendation if you are visiting Labin or Rabac.

Apartment host was very helpful with accommodation tips and always answers immediately by whatsapp in case of questions or issues. Good option for car owners, there is little parking next to the hotel, host will book slot for you day before, just need to send plate number to Jelena. (hotel host). Nice share kitchen, with available tableware, knives, cups, etc. Available fridge, seasonings and sugar as well. Overall kitchen is very stylish. Lovely coffee table on the street straight in front of entrance, perfect for enjoying morning coffee outdoors. Scenic streets around the hotel.

Spacious & stylish room with great facilities in the building (fridge, kitchenware, dishwasher, ...). Right inside the old town, which is super charming. As a bonus there are 2 great restaurants within 100m.

“GOOD”
we had a good stay. nice room, not very large indeed well colored , nice bad, good tv and comfortable bath. parking just on the surrounding area. pizzeria + restaurant within the same block ( both are top, really top ). nice breeze in the evening. A/C is available but we were easy to avoid it. breakfast ok. wifi good. during our stay was all so quite and relazing. there are some stairs anyway. the village is small on the top area, but within few minutes everyting is available. good beaches and restaurants within 20 minutes..t

This was the nicest place we have stayed. A nice, quiet, clean, tastefully decorated room that really lacks nothing. But without a doubt the best thing about this place is the sweet, attentive hostess who makes hospitality an art of living. Every day of our stay was a celebration with a delicious breakfast and the fresh and homemade delicacies.

Very kind accomodator Mrs. Daniela, perfect care. Every day she prepared us a delicious cake or a tasting of local drinks. The place of residence is in the beautiful historical part of the city of Labin. There are few restaurants near by the residence where you can taste good food. The city of Labin is about 5 km by car from the city of Rabac, where you can try the beautiful beaches. We definitely recommend the accommodation.

We loved everything! Room was clean and beautiful! We had room + smaller room! Residence owner Daniela was so kind and communication was perfect with her! Downstairs is kitchen with everything you need and always something delicious on the table! Definitely recommend this place for longer staying! We are looking back to visit this place again in future!
