It is a great apartment beautifully furnished in a nice complex and in an excellent location. The host is very responsive and kind. Highly recommend

“Amazing”

It’s a great apartment that has everything that you could imagine. From cling foil in the kitchen to a spare toothbrush in the bathroom. The fridge is a good size and has a freezer. The kitchen is equipped with both an oven and a microwave. It’s very clean and located just a short flat walk to the bus and only one bus stop till the gondolas in LAAX. Or you can also take a bus to gondolas in Flims. Buses run very often, even at lunch time. It’s also convenient that the complex has its own saunas and a swimming pool, which is not too small. There is also a common area with washing machines and dryers. The host is very helpful, provides a lot of information and goes an extra mile to make the stay comfortable.

I loved my stay at this apartment, here is why: - the host was very responsive, polite and helpful. We were in touch via WhatsApp. - the apartment was very clean. First thing I noticed when I entered were the white tiles on the floor - they were sparkling clean. The rest - bathrooms, kitchen, everything else - was spotless. No dust, etc. This is very important for me. - the kitchen was very well stocked - practically anything we needed was there. I am traveling with little kids, so we need a lot of stuff. Here we found everything - spices, teas, coffee, sugar, soda, utensils of every possible kind (even baby spoons), fondue, raclette machine, pots, a plethora of glasses, cups, plastic wrap, foil, etc. I was seriously amazed at how well the apartment was prepared for hosting guests. There were also books, games, and other things to keep kids entertained, which was great, since we didn't have to haul it all from home. - the interior was tastefully done, every detail was thought through. It was very cozy. - it was quiet - we didn't hear any noise from the outside (thought it was a quiet area), we also didn't hear any neighbors. I am happy with my stay and would recommend it to others. Good choice.

Location is excellent (easy quick walk to the base). Super convenient to the bus and the lifts at Laax. Check in/check out was simple.

It was all really nice, location, facility etc. Perfect for skiing vacation with kids. Position of the apartment complex very near to Laax basestation, appartment was nice and cosy and pool was great as well

Wonderful location, super comfortable bed and sofa, very clean and well kept. The shower was fantastic. As was the spa. Lots of board games.

The location is close to the ski lift and bus stop. The apartment is spacious and comfortable and the kitchen is fully equipped.

A really top choice for a visit to Laax. The location is very convenient for the slopes and the apartment is very suitable for skiers. Our children really enjoyed the indoor pool area in the evenings and especially the game room, where there was table tennis and old-school pinball machines =) The owner is really, really helpful and thanks to his advice, the vacation got off to a really nice start!

“Excellent apartment in a lovely location with a pool and easy access to the mountains!”

Superbly equipped apartment and kitchen that was really comfortable and a lovely balcony for dining. We loved the two pools, especially the outdoor one in the afternoon sunshine. Also close to the Laax cable car so an easy walk over to get up on the mountain.

“Great calm place to stay in Laax”

The apartment offers everything one could possibly need during holiday. Plus all the building's amenities (indoor pool, sauna, etc.) makes it real gem. The communication with the owner was very smooth and the instructions about check-in were absolutely spot on. The location of the Rancho building is ideal if you prefer peace over the buzz that is in the area right next to the gondola station. It's still walking distance to the restaurants/bars or grocery shop.

Appartment was finished to a really high standard and had all the equipment and supplies we needed for a short break. Check-in was really simple and the host made sure we had everything we needed. It was in a really quiet location next to the woods and had the added advantage of a pool, sauna and games room which we mad use of. Highly recommend.
