Rancho Studio is located in Laax and offers 2 solar heated swimming pools, one indoor and one seasonal outdoor pool, free WiFi, and a balcony with mountain and garden views. Two saunas, one for women only, and well equipped fitness room are waiting on site. The property is close to a ski lift centre. The ski lifts can be reached within a 5-minute walk or within 2 minutes by the free ski shuttle which stops right at the building. Free private parking is possible on site. The studio comprises a south-facing balcony with mountain views, a modern and fully equipped kitchen with a Nespresso machine and a supply of spices, a combined living and sleeping room with a dining table, 2 single fold-away beds, a sofa and a fireplace, and a bathroom with bath. Towels and linen are provided at Rancho Studio. You can can also play tennis, table tennis and billiards at the property. In winter, the area is popular for skiing, cross-country skiing and snowboarding, while in summer, you can go golfing, cycling, mountain biking and hiking. The centre of Laax and Flims are in walking distance.

“Wonderful and calm stay in Laax!”
Very good communications with host and very easy process of arrival. very much appreciated the possibility to check in earlier. The apartment is excellent, very well planned, there is everything one needs, with lots of storage and comfortable vertical wall beds (2 separate beds, very comfortable). The shower is brand new, with excellent water pressure. The apartment is in a block which has an easily accessible swimming pool, with long opening hours. There is also a gym, open 24 hours per day and a wonderful sauna (spacious and very hot) - both mixed and women-only with a variety of cold showers. There is a small but well stocked up Coop shop opposite and a bus stop is outside which takes you to/from Chur as well as variety of other stops - Flims, Fildaz, Bargis...Overall, this is a much better option than very expensive hotels like Rocks Resort or Peaks Place ...in many of which spa access is extra as is breakfast and linens! The Rancho apartment is really well located for skiing and walks. Highly recommended!

“Fantastic skiing”
Very comfortable and clean. Located near buss stop to the skilift (only 2 min drive). Little terrace with sunny evenings. Very nice swimming pool and sauna.

Nice, clean and modern studio apartment. Close to the slopes with a few restaurants super-close and many more in a short walking distance. Convenient parking space. Swimming pool and fitness room inside the property. Very nice and helpful owner.
