The host familiy were all exceptionally nice and accommodating. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was beyond amazing. If (when) we come back to dolomites we'll definitely be back to villa alba as well.

Staying at Villa Alba was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warmth and genuine hospitality that made me feel instantly at home. The attention to detail in every aspect of my stay was exceptional, and it was clear that this place is run with care, love, and a positive spirit. The room I stayed in was immaculate, with a breathtaking view that I could have admired for hours. There was a cosiness to the space that made it feel like a true home away from home. Knowing that this house was built by the previous generation of the family who now runs it added a deep sense of history and love to the entire experience. Every member of the family had a smile on their face, and their generosity and good energy were contagious. I can’t say enough about the homemade breakfasts—they were absolutely divine! The apricot and lemon cheesecake tarts, along with the lemon muffins, were to die for. The homemade jams were so delicious that I just had to bring some home with me. It was clear that everything was made with love and attention to detail, which made each morning a true delight. The happy hour was another highlight of my stay. Each drink came with a carefully chosen appetizer, adding another layer of thoughtfulness to the experience. The recommendations I received for nearby trips were spot-on and helped me make the most of my time in the area. I’ve stayed in many places over the years, but this bed and breakfast is by far one of my favorites. It’s rare to find a place that not only meets but exceeds expectations in every way. I only wish I could have stayed longer! Thank you so much for making my stay so accommodating and memorable. I can’t wait to return in the future. During our stay at the hotel, we were delighted by the delicious breakfasts, which featured a variety of local products such as cheeses and cold cuts. The host made it clear that we were warmly welcomed and even went out of his way to fulfill a special request. One morning, he kindly prepared a takeaway meal for us before the usual breakfast hours. The warm hospitality and attention to detail made our visit truly enjoyable.

Great accommodation with mountain vibes & views, spacious cosy rooms and perfect location a bit outside of the very touristy Corvara but with everything and all hot spots of the dolomites in reach. The service and breakfast were outstanding. Fresh local products and a huge selection of homemade cakes everyday. The owners were so genuinely helpful with everything. They even surprised me with a birthday cake, gift and card. My partner and I travelled the world and have been staying in both very poor and highly outstanding accomodations. A service like this we have never experienced though. Chapeau and thank you Vila Alba!

It is a family owned business, 3 generations. Everyone was so genuinely helpful and nice. Breakfast is delicious. They gave many great suggestions on things to do around here. We stayed here for 8 nights. That is not enough to cover everything we want to do here. We want to come back for more.

This small hotel is family run and the owners are extremely hospitable. From the first minute we felt a warm homely atmosphere. We were allowed to check in a little earlier than agreed, which was a nice bonus. Breakfast was awesome - you have all you need before active skiing day. Location is just perfect - in 3 minutes walk from the Piz La Ila lift - literally we can see it from our window across the road. We had two-rooms apartment at the first floor, windows on the backyard side with very nice mountains view. Оur room had everything we needed, everything was thought out and in its place.

Very cosy little mountain house with lot of small details, comfortable beds, vast breakfast options and the best possible service from the family that runs the business. One of those cases when you know why it has 9.5 star rating.

We have travelled quite a bit and Villa Alba was truly a gem! Totally would recommend staying in here. The whole family is very helpful and friendly, always ready to give advice on hikes and everything. Room is super clean and view nice, we slept like a baby here. Breakfast is home made and truly delicious. The location is perfect if you want to hike around Dolomites. There's also great hiking routes just nearby and the trail leaves behind the house. Like said, amazing place and amazing staff that fluently helps you in English as well!
