I really enjoyed the hotel’s half-board system - the dinners were outstanding, generous, and truly restaurant-quality, with the option to order a perfectly matching wine for the set menu. The staff were exceptionally friendly, always ready to help, give advice, and solve any issue, and the hotel’s location is perfect, just a two-minute walk from the ski lift. The spa was amazing, with several sauna options, a hammam, a hot tub, and a beautiful relaxation area - I left with wonderful impressions, would happily return next season, and will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

“Sensation place and staff”

The half board was exceptional. More than enough options for both breakfast and dinner. The service staff were so friendly and helpful to a couple of non Italian speakers. Reception ataff could not have been more helpful qnd accomodating. Shout out to Vanessa, Valentino and Kumar. Thanks for making our stay so enjoyable. The wellness facilities were very welcome after a day hiking in the mountains. Definitely a revisit and recommendation for fellow travellers. On check out we were presented with a gift of bottle grappa. So welcoming.

The reception staff was excellent. Breakfast was very good. Hotel's location is great. Overall we were happy.

We loved the hotel.beautiful and relaxing. Right in front of the lifts which is a plus even in the summer. Pool, Jacuzzi and Sauna. We really enjoyed our stay.

We loved the location, very close to the main attractions in the Dolomites. The room was cozy and simple, but very spacious. We enjoyed the dinner experience and the breakfast was lovely.

Everything was perfect

This hotel has a high quality attitude about what they do. Every aspect in their job was very precise and well thought. The bartender at the bar(very nice and unusual cocktails) and the waiters were very nice and helpful. The food was great, so was the room service. They made our trip great only by doing their job very professional.A great feature was that they allow dogs.

Excellent family run Hotel. The food was exceptional. The rooms were very clean and well appointed. Secure parking on site. Exceptional pool and gym facilities. It was obvious the family cared about every aspect of their business.

Very monotonic breakfast: no fruits and no hot food selection. Eggs and pane cakes were very poorly done.
