The apartments were fully equipped with nothing missing really. Especially the under-the-roof appt D was extremely spacious, both apartments offering breathtaking views on the mountains. Comfortable beds, new furniture, 5m drive to the slopes; perfect accommodation for the price. The house is a bit secluded from the town which means the nights are charmingly calm and relaxing, no disturbations whatsoever.

Amazing location with a magnificent view of llamas and alpacas and Gran Risa slope. Apartment is new and cozy, we enjoyed it very much.

almost everything ! the apartment is at the top (3rd floor), the lodging has two big rooms one with a bathroom attached and the other room is really big. The view from the wooden terrace was amazing on the stony mountains. The kitchen is really well designed and has all the needed equipments and furnitures to enjoy meals and cooking time for a family. The appartment was strongly appreciated by the family for all those aspects. Wifi was always good, free and easy to catch. As usual, the tourist taxes has to be paid accordingly to the rates and rules before leaving. Towels for the bathroom were provided and were replaced during the week where we stayed. Several other apartments were also used by visitors inside the house but there wasn't specific noises that can disturb you. The winter conditions has lowered a lot the temperatures outside to -1 to +5-6 degrees during two days but the manager there was very friendly and helped us to turn on the heating system to create a warmer atmosphere inside the apartment. The lodge is located nearby bus stop that allows you to go in different directions if you're willing to join other villages.

Apartment is new and very clean and organized,view is amazing and location as well. Have 2 bathroom which excellent for kids Great host and very helpful a lots of tips.

We loved absolutely everything about this property. So happy we stayed here. Would definitely return! In short: - very clean (towels and bed linens were changed during our long stay) - amazing view - comfortable and new apartment with everything you need - super nice host - bike storage - location was excellent for our hiking and biking activities, kinda in the center of everything (the hiking path to Sassongher starts just a few meters from the house), and the store was also close

The only thing that we did not like was that if there is fresh snow it is impossible to reach app without snow chains on your vehicle. Other than that everything was perfect.

The location is perfect, not to far from the lifts. The views from the apartment are fantastic, so beautiful. The building looks like new.

Clean modern apartment with all the kitchen equipment we needed. Wonderful view from the two doors looking out of the living room & bedroom at the mountains beyond. Shops nearby for supplies & plenty of walking & sights to see.
