I loved the chill out areas, scooter rental was handy, dorm beds were big with a nice storage shelf and curtain for privacy.

Very relaxing place, private rooms are clean and large. The place has a beautiful view of the sea and everybody is friendly

Views from common area and roof terrace. Could walk to a swimmable beach. Rooms had lots of spaces to put stuff and bathroom was practical/ good. It was quiet/ peaceful. nice people

The hostel was in a good location and the views were great, especially from the rooftop terrace. The room was super comfortable and there was a good hostel vibe.

They have a nice outdoor area for the hostel. When I talked with the owner, he was able to remediate the issues.

Nice kitchen and rooftop. Amazing sunrise view! Big downfall which is very hard to understand: ridiculously thin blankets. The owners should try to sleep with them themselves.

The communal area with open kitchen, lounge and roof terrace has a great vibe, there is also a little coffee shop with healthy smoothies. Volunteer Alex is a great host, a talented barista, basically runs the place.

The lounge with open kitchen with cooking island and roof terrace sunrise/ sunset chill creates a good vibe between guests. Volunteer Alex runs the show, is a talented Barista, and makes great healthy smoothies too.

Great times, owner always available and keen to fetch extra towels.

“Quiet and comfortable hostel with great views to watch the sunrise”

I stayed two nights in the 8 bedroom dorm. It was quiet and comfortable and has a very relaxed vibe. The kitchen is well equipped and each bunk (and room) has its own space in the fridge and a shelf to keep your food separate. There is a hammock and deck chairs on the balcony upstairs which was a great location from which to watch the sunrise. The staff were very friendly and provided us with a good local recommendations. They also provided us with chairs, a cooler and beach umbrella for our day trip to Punta Arena de La Ventana.

The location is very good. The staff (volunteers) are nice but unfortunately don't know what to do when you have a problem. The owner was really nice. The queen room is clean but small. The kitchen is fully equipped and clean which is very nice.

Great hostel, super nice vibes, friendly and helpful personnel. You will feel at home here. The kitchen is very well equipped. The smoothies from the smoothie bar are amazing! Close to the kitesurf beaches.

“Definitely stay here if visiting La Ventana”

The hostel is SUPER clean, especially the kitchen area where usually gets dirty very quickly with flies. You can see the effort staffs put in it to keep hygiene standard high. The sound proof in the dorm room is amazing as each bed are separated by brick wall. Even with snorers in room, it becomes a lot less disturbing. The owner Salim is an architect and designed the whole place himself. It is one of most pretty and well looked after hostel I've stayed around the world. The staffs are super lovely, approachable, blending in with guests as they all stay on site. One of the staffs Diego makes the best artisan coffee and smoothies. It is so nice to just chill in the lounge with a homemade smoothie/ice coffee in the afternoon. I was gonna stay for 1 night but ended up staying for 4 nights before heading back to La Paz.

The hostel is very cool and accommodating. The rooms are nice and the huge beds are amazing! The vibe is great if you want a quiet spot in La Ventana.

“Probably the best hostel I've stayed in”

Clean and comfortable with everything that you need (beds and common areas). Well equipped and organized kitchen, good internet and perfect location close to the beach 🏖 around 5 min by walk. Also grocery store and place to eat within walking distance (if you don’t have a car). Nice view to the see from terrace, amazing sunrises 🌅 Nice and chill vibes, open people around and helpful staff. Perfect for long stays, to make new friends and spend nice time. Also smoothies in the bar are very delicious 🌝
