“Great peaceful hotel, close to La Union”

The staff at this hotel were great. Very helpful and friendly. It has a fantastic pool with a great view. The room was very clean and comfortable. The restaurant has very nice breakfast and dinner. Also, it has a great little laundry room where you can do your own washing for much less than a laundry service.

The food and cocktails (taken in the garden) were nice and you can order food/drinks till late. The breakfast buffet was extensive and nice. The staff are very friendly.

The hotel need put a least 2 small towels to clean around the bathroom think, second offer a least two plastics cup for oral hygiene to make complete service..I have to cut two water s battles to made cups.. see foto below.

Standard double room with what you would expect from a hotel chain. Restaurant was great as was the breaky buffet. Staff were awesome. Very secure.

“This is not a "Real" kind of hotel.”

Almost nothing. People tried, but there was a vast lack of competence in handling the guest's satisfaction. The hotel conditions are quite deteriorated: (the floor is damaged, broken, with holes, needs paint, etc). There was a private party in the pool and the noise was super strong you can hear it from the rooms. The pool evidently couldn't be used due to the private party. When you ask the staff about something (I need ice, I need a glass, etc, etc) nobody knows the answer, nobody can give you a proper response...the people need to be trained.

Quiet location on the edge of the town. Restaurant provided good meals. Staff generally quite friendly. Nice to have hot water.

“Adequate but poor value for money”

PROS * SECURITY - Quite a secure area. I think being located about 4km out of town allows them to basically fortify this place. There was a security gate with a guard and two guards on the doors all armed. Rooms all locked up. * ROOM - Our room was clean and had a bed which was comfortable enough. The shower worked although we found the knob very hard to work and the hot water was minimal. There was a TV in the room. It had air conditioning but as the previous reviews have suggested it was located underneath the window, just above the floor and was a bit noisy. Did cool the room though. * WIFI - Free but not particularly fast * BREAKFAST INCLUDED - Buffet affair * POOL - A bit warm but a nice place to hang out in the afternoon and they can do food/drinks in the outdoor area which has some views over the Gulf of Fonseca.

The breakfast was very delicious the rooms were comfortable. I and my family enjoyed our stay. Overall wonderful service all around nice location and nice view.
