“Good place”
The property was perfect for being close to the airport for the flight next morning. The apartment is spacious with a good-sized kitchen and dining area with comfortable couch. Supermarket is very short walk away. Boulangerie Paita Tontouta (and patisserie) has plenty for breakfast and we had pizza at the friendly Le 51 for dinner. Slept well here. For someone arriving at the airport this accommodation is well within walking distance under most situations.

“Demanded pre-payment to strange bank account. Threatened to cancel booking”
If you ignore the menacing demands for pre-payment to a strange online bank account outside of Booking.com, the property is OK. Ordinarily, it would rate about 7. It is poor value for money - overpriced, even for its location close to the airport. However, the facilities are acceptable and access is excellent.

“Spacious and private accommodation next to the airport.”
Very spacious and well equipped accommodation with secure car parking. Having arrived on an 11:30pm flight, we appreciated that this property is just 2 minutes drive from the airport, has self check-in and is wonderfully quiet and private.
