Location has many good restaurants and cafes to offer. 20min walk to city which is totally fine. Host was very helpful.

We were there for 4 nights, they didn't change the towels any day, they didn't clean the room. We were without light 1 day because the electricity of the building was cut and they didn't notice us and didn't provide any facilities for us, so honestly for the price that you pay the service is really bad. The check out time was al 10.00, at 10.06 they were ringing at our door to leave the room.

Gianpaolo was an excellent host. He was always able to help and responded very quick whenever we had a question. The property was lovely, we felt very secure during our stay and would definitely recommend.

it is not a hotel , it's a room in apartment self check in / self checkout the owner send you illustrated instruction for check in , has a clear explanation. the room is super clean and it is suitable for short stay only.

The location was further than expected but a delight to walk and see things that would usually be missed, some lovely restaurants nearby , only a couple of minutes walk. The host was super quick in responding, they may not of been on-site but it felt like they were.

The location - when you find it - is good and there is parking - after you find it - a short distance away. The room was pleasant enough and clean and tidy. We did not have the breakfast as there are plenty of better options nearby.

Federico is a wonderful and helpful host! Very friendly and customer oriented! I recommend getting the Executive room, it’s very spacious and can make anyone feel “home” away from home! Would definitely come back!

“Pet friendly and nice B&B”

Pet friendly B&B, we didn’t have to pay an extra fee for our dog. I would say the rooms are recently renovated. The location is also good, a nice 10 minute walk from the city center, which you will probably need after the lots and lots of great food you can eat in Italy :) The breakfast is in the Café on the other side of the road, a great way to start the day.

Good location, in the city center, near the main seaside promenade and the main pedestrian area, in a quiet residential area. Room is airy, simply and nicely furbished, with plenty of storage area. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom is also well equipped and appointed with necessary amenities. Breakfast is provided in the form of vouchers at a nice cafe just across the street, which cover enough value for the options available (sweet or savory breakfast). Bus station for the train station or Porto Venere is just a few steps away from the apartment building. Host was very welcoming and communicative and did not require any meeting beforehand - everything was clearly indicated, such as access codes or key box codes.

The property was easy to get to with our hire car. Check in instructions were clear to understand. Parking is very close to the property, easy to navigate. Fredrick was available instantly when we needed help or direction.
