Great value for money, very clean, friendly, great location centre for everything. The only thing I would say is that it was too noisy with being so close to the train station. Could have sheets changed after two days, and rubbish taken out! As the beds were only made, no rubbish was taken out, and I had to ask for more toilet roll, but overall, very nice and friendly

Very comfortable bed and well-equipped room with everything you need. Good location for the station, yet the noise from the trains didn't bother us at all. Great breakfast included and very friendly service. Excellent stay, fully recommended.

“Great location”
Location perfect, 5 mins walk from the train station. Staff very friendly, had a pastry and juice in the morning and was able to store luggage for 5€ for the day. Room was clean and cute

We had a lovely stay and this accommodation is close to the train station.. clearer directions would of been good. Bigger signs.. room was great, two beds, small bathroom, breakfast was very fresh, simple but fresh. Lovely courtyard to relax in. Staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended

The location was perfect for accessing Cinque Terre on the train and well located for meals in the evening in La Spezia. The host mad her own Croissants fresh every day for Breakfast. They were amazing.
