“Great accommodtion, Great hosts, Great Time”

Great hosts, lots of local advice, we even had early check in. Room is lovely and everything was provided.

The room was comfortable and spotless. Location is excellent - 8 mins walk from the train station and 2 mins walk from the bus station to Porto Venere. The host Massimo was very friendly and responded to my texts quickly. Wound definitely stay here if I visit La Spezia again.

The accommodation itself was really nice, clean and comfortable, we got there everything what we needed, but what gives to this place its spark is definitely its host. He made us feel really welcomed and made our stay here even more enjoyable. It is really pleasant to see someone who does their job with all their heart and passion. And that’s exactly the feeling we had when we stepped in there. We didn’t have to worry about anything. Everything was prepared and explained very clearly. Even with surprise! If we come back here again, we will definitely choose this place again. + Clean + Comfortable + Near train central station + Easy check in and communication with host + Bathtub + Towels + The atmosphere of the place

Massimo is a top-notch person! Very kind, very cheerful, he explained everything we needed and even gave us recommendations. The room is like a dream — absolutely nothing to complain about, spotless clean! Equipped with everything you could possibly need, close to the train station, and very close to the city center. We have nothing negative to say — it was incredible.

The stay was very pleasant. It was very clean, the hosts were very friendly and helpful, gave us recommendations what to do around La Spezia. We will definitely come back again.

Nice and friendly host Massimo. Very clean and tastefully decorated room. Quiet environment with sound proof windows and comfy bed for good night sleep. Shower with very good pressure. Have a mini fridge and also an electric kettle for making tea. Very centrally located and convenient to walk around. Reasonably priced.

Massimo and Cinzia are very helpful, hospitality, warm and welcoming. The guesthouse is not so far from train station, very central, we are very satisfied.

Very beautiful room, in a very convenient location. Massimo was very nice and helpful. He contacted me via WhatsApp and we check-in earlier (no charge) and there was self-check out.

Our host, Massimo was wonderful. So helpful with information about the sites to see. A very well organized B&B. I have to say he is the best host and accomodation that we have stayed in Italy. I would highly recommend Sweet Dreams.

Very clean, loved the jacuzzi! Short walk to many restaurants. Massimo welcomed us with open arms and gave us a quick run down of the location, boat times etc. . An absolutely wonderful stay.

Great Location, close to Train Station, Restaurants, Cafes. Great Host Massimo met us at the Entrance when we arrived, bought our Bags to our Room, Recommended a great place for Breakfast and also organised our Taxi when we left.

We really like the location of Sweet Dreams. We also really liked the room, the host and La Spezia. Easy to be on contact with the host and we got all the help we needed. Perfect!
