A modern renovated room near the train station and many restaurants is a very clean comfortable stay for us. In particular the hostess’s thoughtful gesture of providing tea , coffee and water to us everyday is very appreciated.

Very good location, as it is close to the train station (5 min) and city center. Lots of good restaurants and cafes just around the corner. Clean and comfortable rooms. Extreamly pleasant host. She gave us good dinner recommendations and advised us to visit Portovenere. Good wifi connection.

Amazing place to stay. I highly recommend it!! The host is the most lovely woman who couldn't be more helpful. She can give you great recommendations for places to visit and cafes. The place has everything you need- kettle, coffee maker... she even offered to bring us beach towels when we mentioned to her that we were going to the beach in Monterosso. Comfiest beds, we slept amazingly each night. The flat is a 5 min walk from La Spezia Centrale train station which is ideal. Super clean and the balcony was a nice touch- as well as the free toiletries and change of linen halfway through our stay. Couldn't recommend more.

“The perfect place to stay for visiting Cinque Terre”

We had such a great time in La Spezia! The host Gàni was very welcoming. She even helped us in advance by locating a good place to park our car. The room was meticulously cleaned every single day. The apartment is in the centre of La Spezia. You can get downtown, to the central station or to the harbor within a few minutes' walk. Visiting Cinque Terre or the local beaches was as easy as it could get. We had everything we needed in the apartment and especially the clean and spacious bathroom was a treat. Thank you!

A wonderful place. The host Ganni is incredibly kind and provided us with interesting information about recommended restaurants and events in the city. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. A refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, coffee, and tea are available in the room. It's close to the city and the train station, which takes you to the beautiful Cinque Terre. I highly recommend it! We had a truly wonderful stay. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the train station, which makes it an ideal choice for anyone visiting Cinque Terre. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The shower had great water pressure with perfectly balanced hot water. Our room was cleaned and tidied every day. A special thanks to Ganni for her warm welcome, helpfulness, and friendly smile — she really made our stay even better.

Great communication with Ganni. She went above and beyond to assist us for our stay when our bus was cancelled due toto a landslide, meaning we missed our train from Switzerland to Italy. Ganni’s kindness, compassion and thoughtfulness were greatly appreciated and helped make our stay in La Spezia so special. Loved the welcome cakes and coffee pod for breakfast. Would definitely recommend this property. We were cared for like family.
