The host, Duccio, was incredibly kind and helpful! He offered us recommendations, checked in with us along the way, and let us leave our bags later on checkout. It was a welcoming atmosphere and had everything we needed. The place was cleaned regularly and provided towels and shampoo.

The accommodation was the best possible choice in every respect. Its proximity to the Central Station made planning and getting around incredibly easy. Duccio, the host, is an exceptionally kind and genuinely good‑hearted person. The place offers excellent value for money, and we wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone.

“La Spezia apartment”

Private apartment, own space, comfortable bed, own bathroom shower toilet. Manager really good and interactive, meet us when we arrived to let us in and provide keys. He was really good providing local knowledge and access to different attractions. Vouchers provided for a coffee and croissant each day was great bonus. 5-10 minute walk from train station. Good kitchen facilities, shared fridge, jug, microwave. Air con worked well

One of the best stays we’ve had in Europe. Duccio is an exceptional host and one of the few who also gives advice about your stay in Cinque Terre- how to use the trains, where to eat, what to do etc. He welcomed us personally for check-in and was flexible with the check-in time. We were very impressed with how clean and tidy the room was, and it had special touches in the bedroom as well as the bathroom. A quiet area with soundproof windows. Easily accessible with big luggage as it is on the ground floor. Also very close to the train station- about a 7 minute walk which is not an issue for us. We had the best stay here!

“Amazing host, excellent location, very new and very clean room”

Nice italian breakfast included (coffee and croissant) in the authentic bar in 50m from the flat. Excellent value for the price. The host was very friendy, he gave us many useful advice regarding places to visit, and even allowed to leave luggage for some hours after the check-out.

The host was exceptional and super friendly. We parked on the street and he offered to show us the free parking spaces that are a bit further away. He also communicated everything super clearly and even helped us plan the next day in Cinque Terre. There is a nice kitchen and refrigerator to use. We did not hear much noice and slept well. The city center is reachable in 10-12 min by foot. The breakfast vouchers we got let us have amazing coffee and a pastry at a local and extremely colourful coffee bar. Recommended.

“Great base with a fantastic host”

What an excellent place to use as a base for travels in the area and enjoy La Spezia as a whole. Duccio was a kind and gracious host who met us on arrival and followed up with recommendations and suggestions for our time in the area/La Spezia (much appreciated). The room in general was a good size and very clean! I especially liked the bathroom which was also very well laid out and a good size (some have been rather pokey and tight elsewhere) too. The room featured thoughtful small pieces of furniture (little wardrobe/cupboard etc) to help us stay comfortable and organised. We also liked having access to a fridge coffee machine in the shared space. It's also an excellent location from the station and an easy walk into the heart of La Spezia. Would recommend!

The apartment is close to train station but very quiet. From here you can quite easy reach Cinque Terre. The room was clean and good organized. Close to apartment just at the corner we took an Italian breakfast in a tipical local bar with very good cafe and delicious brioche (all in price included). Many thanks to Duccio the man who give us the keys for the worth information about parking, activities, useful links and warm welcoming. From the beginning until end all was clear and uncomplicated

Duccio was one of the nicest hosts I’ve ever experienced. The bed was comfortable and the location quite convenient. The free coffee and brioche at the local cafe was very nice.

Absolutely amazing! After travelling around Europe for 2 months, Duccio was 100% the best host we have had! He had so many good local tips and information about the surrounding areas while also being so accommodating! It felt good knowing we could message Duccio if we needed any advice throughout the day! The place was nice and clean and was so close to the train station and super market :) I would definitely recommend staying here on your trip to La Spezia/ Cinque Terre
